The Lwówek Śląski District Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment with the Regional Court in Jelenia Góra against two men suspected of brutally beating four people. As Marek Śledziona, the district prosecutor, told the lwowecki.info Marek Śledziona, prosecutor:
We classified it as a hooligan offense because we established no reason why it would have happened. Moreover, the course of the incident we established indicates action showing blatant disregard for the legal order, which we call hooliganism.
The suspect facing the more serious charges pleaded not guilty; the man claims he remembers nothing.
