One of our Readers wrote to the editorial office:

I would like to raise the issue of the construction of a parking lot behind Słowackiego Street in Bolesławiec. The project itself has been under way for over two months now. In reality, the area directly by the stairwells has been completed, yet for a month barriers have been preventing access to the parking lot.

And added:

The angled parking area by the garages has been started as well, and likewise—there has been no progress for a month, while pallets of paving blocks are gradually being taken by local children.

As we have managed to establish, the aforementioned parking area by the stairwells is not—by any means—complete. The deadline for the task is at the end of July, and that deadline is not at risk.

The area itself remains closed because of ongoing technical work.

We will return to the subject.
