Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec identified and arrested the perpetrator of a burglary at a construction site for a multi-family building.
The perpetrator stole various items belonging to construction companies, including a pressure booster, a water pump, more than 20 meters and 50 connectors. The losses were estimated at PLN 2,500.
The arrested man is a 23-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
During the investigation, police recovered from a pawnshop a radio that the suspect had already sold, as well as most of the other stolen items. The property has already been returned to its owners.
The 23-year-old confessed and gave explanations. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
