Criminal investigators from the District Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski identified those responsible for damaging vehicles in Lwówek Śląski as a result of operational work. The incident occurred at night on 19 May 2019, on Morcinka Street. Two men were involved. They were 34- and 26-year-old Ukrainian citizens living in Lwówek County.
One of them decided to jump onto parked vehicles and successively jumped from one car to another. The other man filmed and photographed what his companion was doing and encouraged him to jump on parked vehicles. In some cars, in addition to denting the hoods and scratching them, the perpetrator also damaged the windscreen wipers. Criminal investigators from the Lwówek police managed to establish the suspects’ identities. Both were arrested and held in police custody at the disposal of the prosecutor and the court.

At the same time, the police officers handling the case are appealing to residents of Lwówek Śląski who had their cars parked on Morcinka Street on 19 May 2019 and noticed that their vehicle had been scratched or its hood dented to report to the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department at the District Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski.
