The European Parliament elections are behind us. As for the municipalities in our county, the highest turnout was recorded in the city of Bolesławiec (45.05%), and the lowest in the municipality of Nowogrodziec (just 33.09%). In Bolesławiec, 13,548 valid votes were cast.

How did people in the county vote?

Although the opposition won across the entire Lower Silesia and Opole Voivodeship constituency, the Law and Justice electoral committee emerged as the decisive winner of the European elections in our county (43.83%, 12,050 votes). The European Coalition, comprising PO, PSL, SLD, Modern and the Greens, came second (38.92%, 10,701 votes).

Robert Biedroń’s Spring came third (6.09%, 1,673 votes), while the Confederation came fourth (5.74%, 1,578 votes).

How did Bolesławiec vote?

In the city of Bolesławiec itself, however, the European Coalition performed better (47.30%, 6,408 votes). Law and Justice came second (35.98%, 4,875 votes).

Biedroń’s Spring rounded out the podium (6.58%, 892 votes). The Confederation also recorded a good result (5.35%, 725 votes).
