The incident took place on Wednesday, May 8. The 16-year-old and his girlfriend were spending time by the Bóbr. At one point, a woman approached them and informed them that a man was masturbating nearby. The boy went under the viaduct, but saw only a clothed man. He did not suspect that this was the pervert. He returned to his girlfriend, but after some time went back to the river. Then he saw the man he had noticed earlier pulling up his trousers. He called his father.
When the boy’s father arrived by the Bóbr, they detained the man suspected of masturbating in public. They took photos of him and called the police. However, the man fled.
“He was probably masturbating while watching me and my girlfriend. We caught him, took photos, and he ran away. He did not want to wait for the police, and we had no right to detain him. People should be careful,” says the 16-year-old.
