The last speeding driver was caught on May 4 in Suszki. He turned out to be a 39-year-old resident of Lwówek County.

Police:

We remind you that, under the applicable regulations, every road user who exceeds the speed limit in a built-up area by at least 50 km/h will lose their driving licence for a period of 3 months. The document is confiscated directly by the police officer conducting the roadside check.

If, despite the ban, such a person continues to drive a vehicle, the period of suspension will be extended to 6 months.

If the situation occurs again during this period, the county governor will issue a decision withdrawing the driving entitlement. This will mean that the person will have to retake the driving test.
