The competition concerns decorating the following with natural plants:

  • windows and balconies
  • home gardens (in multi-family buildings)
  • publicly accessible areas and public-use facilities (i.e. areas around cafés, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, churches, companies, galleries, etc.)
  • housing estates (housing cooperatives and homeowners’ associations), and municipal buildings.

The aim of the competition is to enhance the attractiveness and aesthetics of Bolesławiec and beautify the city. The competition is held in the following categories:

  • most beautifully flower-decorated window
  • most beautifully flower-decorated balcony
  • most beautifully flower-decorated garden in a multi-family building (the garden must be accessible to all residents of the property)
  • most beautifully flower-decorated garden at a public-use facility
  • most beautifully flower-decorated family allotment garden.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form and submit it:

  • at the Customer Service Office of Bolesławiec City Hall, 41 Rynek Street (Town Hall)
  • or at the office building at 1 Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego Square (ground floor).
