An officer from the Police Station in Kruszyn, who was on vacation, came across an Audi in a forest in the Gromadka municipality. The place where the vehicle had been left aroused the officer’s suspicions. He therefore contacted his unit to pass on information about the discovery.
The matter was quickly clarified, and the police officer’s suspicions were confirmed.
The vehicle left in the forest had been obtained through crime. The car had been stolen several dozen hours earlier in Germany.
The value of the recovered property was PLN 100,000.
