Bad Element Polska Sp. z o.o. is the largest company in Poland specializing in the production of ready-made bathroom modules with full fittings. The bathrooms are manufactured at facilities in Rakowice Małe, Nowe Jaroszowice and Nowa Sól.
The ready-made bathroom modules are equipped with the necessary installations and fixtures, including a built-in bathtub, washbasin, toilet and shower enclosure. Such a bathroom only needs all utilities to be connected to the building’s service risers. After passing quality control, the finished bathrooms go directly to the construction site, where they are placed in the appropriate locations using a crane. This solution is used, among other things, in the construction of dormitories, hotels, multi-family housing and nursing homes. This system is increasingly common in Western Europe; in Poland, it is not yet used on a wider scale.
Bad Element Polska Sp. z o.o. began operating in Poland in 2009. To date, it has produced more than 40,000 bathroom modules. More than 500 people work for the company, which has annual turnover of approximately PLN 110 million.
