The works include landscaping the area behind buildings numbered 1 to 5. New parking spaces, sidewalks, a maneuvering road and drainage are planned behind the buildings.
The project includes renovating the internal road with an asphalt surface. Parking spaces will be built alongside the road. (A total of 12 parking spaces with a paving-stone surface).
A fenced playground and lawns are also planned behind the buildings on Słowackiego Street. The project is being carried out by the Municipal Housing Management Facility. The costs amount to PLN 421,521.
The contractor is Ogrody Jagielski from Bolesławiec. The works are scheduled for completion at the end of July this year.
