The incident took place on Saturday, March 30, at the intersection of Słowackiego and Ołdrzychowska streets in Nowogrodziec. The driver of a Volkswagen, a 33-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County, failed to yield the right of way to a 28-year-old man from Nowogrodziec Municipality, who was travelling in a Daewoo.
A collision occurred. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured.
The VW driver was fined PLN 500.
