What assets do the councillors have and how much exactly did they earn?

Zdzisław Abramowicz and his wife own an apartment worth PLN 200,000, a one-third share in a house worth PLN 800,000, and a garage worth PLN 12,000. In 2018, he received more than PLN 30,000 in pension. In addition, he earned more than PLN 14,000 from television programmes, while another PLN 15,000 was his councillor’s allowance.

Adam Biesiadecki had PLN 5,000 in savings and co-owned a house worth PLN 400,000 and a plot worth PLN 27,300. By November 2018, he had received PLN 28,300 in pension and PLN 15,300 in councillor’s allowances. He co-owned two vehicles from 2006.

Iwona Bojko and her husband had more than PLN 218,000 and EUR 352 in savings, an apartment worth more than PLN 189,000, and a car from 2013. Iwona Bojko earned PLN 55,600 by November 2018 from her work at the municipal institution BOK – MCC. In addition, she received PLN 1,200 from personally performed activities and PLN 2,400 in councillor’s allowances.

Dominik Chodyra had PLN 94,000 and EUR 2,000 in savings. He owns a one-sixth share in a house worth PLN 650,000 and an apartment worth PLN 120,000. Dominik Chodyra held shares in three companies, earning PLN 10,000 from them. The councillor runs a business that generated PLN 3.8 million in revenue in 2017. He earned PLN 352,700 from this business. He received PLN 63,800 from rent. His councillor’s allowance through December 2018 was his smallest income—only PLN 2,400. The councillor has several liabilities: banks granted him more than PLN 2 million in loans.

Leszek Chudzik had PLN 35,700 in savings, a house worth PLN 500,000, and a car from 2006. He earned PLN 33,600 at ZEC by December of the previous year. He received PLN 5,700 from ZER. The “councillor’s allowance” section contains no entry.

Dariusz Filistyński saved PLN 4,000. He and his wife own an apartment worth PLN 220,000, a garage worth PLN 25,000, and a car from 2010. He earned PLN 50,700 at MZGM by November 2018. For the entire year, he received PLN 17,900 in councillor’s allowances. The councillor also had a housing loan of PLN 28,700.

Renata Fredyk had PLN 6,800 in savings. She and her husband own an apartment worth PLN 160,000. The councillor earned PLN 66,600 in 2017 and received PLN 1,600 in allowances. In December, she had PLN 82,000 left to repay on a loan. Renata Fredyk also owns a car from 2005.

Łukasz Jaźwiec had PLN 3,800 in savings. He co-owns an apartment worth PLN 200,000. By November 2018, he had earned PLN 48,000 at a municipal company, received PLN 17,900 in councillor’s allowances, and PLN 1,200 from renting out an apartment. Łukasz Jaźwiec also has two loans worth more than PLN 217,000.

Piotr Klasa and his wife had PLN 92,600 in savings, a house worth PLN 764,000, and two plots worth a total of PLN 36,700. Piotr Klasa earned PLN 88,500 from business activity during the first ten months of 2018. In addition, he received PLN 12,900 in councillor’s allowances and PLN 28,000 from contracts for specific work. The councillor has a loan and a lease. In December, the total amount to repay was PLN 386,000.

Marian Kostecki saved PLN 60,000 and EUR 11,500. He and his wife own a house worth PLN 300,000 and a plot worth PLN 21,000. The councillor has three cars worth PLN 58,000 in total. The councillor did not work anywhere and did not disclose the amount of his pension.

Jarosław Kowalski saved PLN 5,000 and EUR 600. He is a member of the supervisory board of a company in Bogatynia, earning PLN 35,700 from it. He earned PLN 138,000 at MZGK and received PLN 21,900 in councillor’s allowances. The councillor had PLN 14,800 remaining to repay on two loans. He owns a car from 2012.

Maciej Małkowski saved PLN 9,000. He and his wife own a house worth PLN 490,000 and a building plot worth PLN 128,000. The councillor owned shares in four companies: GPW, JSW, PGNiG, and PZU. By November 2018, he had earned PLN 67,400 at the Świeradów health resort. He received PLN 11,400 in councillor’s allowances. Together with his wife, the councillor had a PLN 75,000 loan to repay.

Łukasz Molak saved PLN 115,000. He and his wife own a house worth PLN 330,000. By November 2018, Łukasz Molak had earned PLN 29,600 and PLN 5,900 from renting out an apartment. He received PLN 12,000 in councillor’s allowances. The councillor had a car from 2007. Together with his wife, he had a PLN 185,000 loan to repay.

Dawid Sarbak had PLN 1,100 in savings. By November 2018, he had earned PLN 38,500. He received PLN 2,400 in councillor’s allowances.

Damian Sawczak had PLN 65,900 in savings. He owns a one-third share in a house worth PLN 600,000. He earned PLN 56,000 from his own business by November 2018. He received PLN 7,500 from contracts for specific work and contracts of mandate. He received PLN 2,400 in councillor’s allowances. The councillor had a car from 2008 and a PLN 100,000 loan to repay.

Jadwiga Stachów saved PLN 40,000, USD 100, and EUR 135. She owns an apartment worth PLN 230,000. As a member of the supervisory board of a housing cooperative, she earned PLN 389 per month. She received a monthly pension of PLN 3,500. She owns a car from 2007.

Stanisław Wiącek saved PLN 35,500. He owns an apartment worth PLN 180,000 and, together with his wife, another apartment worth PLN 75,000, as well as two cars from 2007 and 2008. In 2018, the councillor earned PLN 74,200 at the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative and received PLN 12,700 in allowances by November.

Andrzej Żuk saved PLN 1,600 and EUR 43. In addition, he has an insurance policy worth PLN 95,800 and securities in a brokerage account worth PLN 4,300. The councillor owns a residential and commercial building worth PLN 3.5 million. Andrzej Żuk holds shares in two companies—he earned PLN 288,700 from them in 2017. He earned PLN 166,000 from his own business. His councillor’s allowance amounted to PLN 17,600. The councillor has a car from 2013 and EUR 248,000 in loans to repay. He also paid PLN 2,800 per month under a court-approved property settlement.
