The incident occurred on Friday, March 15, shortly before 9:00 p.m., at kilometer 58 of the A4 motorway in the direction of Wrocław.
The driver of a Volkswagen Golf, a resident of the Silesian Voivodeship, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and hit the barriers. The force of the impact was so great that the car spun around.
Fortunately, no one was injured. The Golf's driver was fined PLN 250.
As reported on their Facebook profile by volunteer firefighters from Krzyżowa (Gromadka municipality), firefighters from Bolesławiec and Chojnów, volunteer firefighters from Różyniec, as well as the police and a medical rescue team took part in the operation.
