At the Wedding Palace, the distinguished guest was welcomed by Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman and County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak. The meeting with President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda was attended, among others, by Paweł Hreniak, Lower Silesian Voivode, members of parliament, senators, representatives of local governments, and guests accompanying the voivode and parliamentarians.
To commemorate his visit to Bolesławiec, President Andrzej Duda signed the commemorative books of the City of Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County.
The meeting at the town hall also provided an opportunity to exchange gifts. President A. Duda received an oil painting depicting a view of the basilica in Bolesławiec, created by Krystian Wodniok, as well as Bolesławiec ceramics.
