Bogatyńscy criminal investigators received information about the possible whereabouts of a wanted 32-year-old resident of Zgorzelec County, who has more than three years in prison to serve.
The man hid from the officers in a compartment in the wall. It did not help much, however—the criminal was arrested.
What is more, the 32-year-old had methamphetamine (so-called “piko”) on him. In the rooms he occupied, officers also found numerous power tools and electronic equipment. (Steps are currently being taken to determine the owners of the items seized).
The man was taken into custody. He has already been charged with drug possession. This offense carries a sentence of up to three years in prison.
