Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec, while patrolling Osiecznica Municipality, stopped a car driver for a roadside inspection.
The car was being driven by a 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County who, as it turned out, was subject to a court-ordered driving ban.
The man was detained. He could now face up to five years behind bars.
