The clearing of the area by the town pond on Bankowa Street in Bolesławiec has been completed. In the near future, employees of the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec will plant a new willow there. Its predecessor broke in the summer of last year.
The iconic tree was already diseased and could not be saved. Therefore, MZGM decided to plant a new one. As Kazimierz Łomotowski told the istotne.pl service, the head of the Municipal Housing Management Facility, there is no option for the town pond not to have a willow.
