The incident occurred on Thursday (21 February) in Warta Bolesławiecka. The driver of a Renault Scenic, a resident of Legnica County, left the road and crashed into a streetlamp with considerable force. The impact tore the streetlamp out of the ground.
It turned out that the woman who had been driving the car was drunk. She had almost 2‰ of alcohol in her system. The case will be decided in court.
