We have reported on the problems connected with bus transport in Bolesławiec municipality many times in these pages. Female readers also asked us to return to the issue.

The topic resurfaced during the January session of the Bolesławiec County Council. County head Tomasz Gabrysiak informed councillors that the transport plan commissioned by Bolesławiec municipality had already been prepared. “On the basis of this document, we will hold negotiations with the commune head concerning the plan’s implementation,” explained the head of the County Board. “It seems to me that the provisions of this plan are promising enough that all residents of the municipality, not only residents of the seven localities, should be—if not completely, then to a significant extent—satisfied.”

T. Gabrysiak noted that implementing the plan would take time. He added:

I hope that within a month, a month and a half, or two months at most, we will manage to work out a joint position. But, to be honest, it looks promising.

What do you think? We will certainly return to the topic.
