The incident occurred on Sunday, February 3, in Raciborowice Dolne. A chimney caught fire in one of the residential and commercial buildings.
As reported on the Facebook profile of Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Raciborowicach:
Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters found that soot was burning in the chimney of a multi-family building, and smoke was coming through the floor on one of the levels.
After prolonged operations, carried out together with units from Bolesławiec and Warta Bol. and a mechanical ladder from Nowogrodziec, the fire was extinguished and the rooms were checked for the presence of carbon monoxide.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
