The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 29, after 7:00 a.m. Firefighters were dispatched to an unoccupied building in Patoka (Gromadka Municipality), which had collapsed.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
As we read on the Facebook profile of volunteer firefighters from Krzyżowa:
Our activities consisted of securing the scene and removing building elements from the roadway.
Uniformed officers from the Bolesławiec County Headquarters of the State Fire Service and from Chojnów also took part in the operation, as did OSP Wierzbowa, OSP KSRG Różyniec and the police.
