An element of the “Safety on the Slope Gets Me Going” campaign is the “The Slope Is No Place for Snowmen” photography and art competition, addressed to children and young people.

The competition requires participants to illustrate the International Ski Federation (FIS) Ten Rules, and entries created individually or in teams of up to 3 people may be submitted in two age categories:

  • Category I – ages 5–10 (drawing, photography)
  • Category II – ages 11–16 (poster, photography).

To participate in the competition, an entry must be submitted by March 1, 2019: an artwork (created using any drawing or painting technique) or a photographic work (allowing the image to be reproduced on an A3 sheet) to the Prevention Bureau of the Polish National Police Headquarters, together with a completed entry form signed by a legal guardian.

The competition will be judged by March 8, 2019; the jury will award attractive prizes, which will be presented during the national competition final.
