A Reader wrote to us:

There are only 12 hours left until the end of the campaign, and almost PLN 9,000 still needs to be raised.

What is it about? We reported on the matter in mid-January this year. Krystian Włodarczak from the Siepomaga Foundation:

Adam Pietraszko, a 15-year-old boy from Bolesławiec, must soon undergo heart surgery in Germany, which costs more than PLN 180,000.

And he adds:

The family is asking for support because more than PLN 110,000 is still missing, and time is running out faster and faster.

More than 1,300 people have already become involved in saving Adam through the Siepomaga.pl portal, but it is still not enough.

Anna, Adam’s mother:

Adaś is my beloved child, for whom I am capable of doing anything. My son was born with a congenital heart defect—tetralogy of Fallot. His repeated hospital stays caused suffering that I would finally like to end. In Poland, Adaś underwent two operations, but after the last one his health deteriorated significantly. So many times in my life I have trembled for his health, wondering whether this fear would ever pass…

At the beginning of 2019, Professor Malec is to perform heart surgery on him in Germany. I want so much to finally forget what fear feels like. Please help!

How can you help Adam?
