On Friday, January 11, at around 9:00 p.m., a young man was spotted on the viaduct. There was a strong possibility that the boy intended to jump, as he had climbed onto the railing.
Firefighters deployed an inflatable rescue cushion, while police officers went onto the viaduct to bring the potential suicide jumper down. The operation was successful. The man was brought down from the viaduct.
An ambulance took him away. The boy may have been under the influence of alcohol. Our camera recorded the entire operation.
