The incident occurred on Friday, January 4, in Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka (Bolesławiec municipality). At around 7:45 a.m., a woman driving a Mercedes passenger car too fast lost control, skidded, crossed into the opposite lane and collided with a truck.
Fortunately, the driver did not suffer any serious injuries. The at-fault driver was fined for causing the collision.
As reported on the Facebook profile of Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Trzebieniu:
We worked at the scene with two crews from the State Fire Service Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Bolesławiec and a police patrol. Our crew's operations lasted more than three hours.
