I live on Dzieci Wrześni Street in Bolesławiec [...]. As long as I can remember, the dumpster on our street has looked disgusting! And I have lived there for over a year.

Władysław Bakalarz, president of the Municipal Communal Services Company, explains:

Responsibility for order in and around dumpster enclosures lies with the managers of the housing associations whose residents use these enclosures. As part of managing the associations, they should ensure that these places are kept clean.

And he emphasizes:

The company collects waste stored in containers in accordance with the signed contract. MZGK ensures that the area is clean when the containers are emptied and cleans up waste that might fall out during loading into the garbage truck.

What should be done if there are too few containers?

W. Bakalarz:

Whenever the manager reports that a housing association is generating a larger amount of waste, the company adds more containers at the manager’s request.

What do you think?
