The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 11, in the evening, on Ceramiczna Street in Bolesławiec. The 26-year-old driver of a Volkswagen, a resident of our county, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the fence of one of the properties alongside the road.
What is more, it turned out that the man was drunk. He had 1.4 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The 26-year-old may now face up to two years in prison.
