Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a 23-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Commune for a roadside check on Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec during the night of December 10–11.
It turned out that the young man got behind the wheel even though the Bolesławiec starost had revoked his driving privileges. The reason? Numerous traffic violations and exceeding the permitted number of penalty points.
Moreover, the car in which the resident of our county was travelling was uninsured.
The 23-year-old now faces up to two years in prison and a fine.
