The incident occurred on Wednesday evening in Szczytnica. The 30-year-old man injured another man with an axe—he entered a shop and struck him twice in the legs with the axe.
It is still not known why the attack occurred. The man’s blood was taken for testing for alcohol and drugs.
By court decision, the attacker was remanded in temporary custody.
