Films

“The Night Eats the World” has received excellent reviews and was described by Indiewire as the most original horror since “Shaun of the Dead”, while Cinegarage writes: “One of the most inventive, bloody and gripping breakup stories.” It was shown at the following festivals: New Horizons, Tribeca, Rotterdam, Fantasia, FrightFest and Gerardmer. “The Night Eats the World” is an exceptionally inventive, humorous and terrifying French horror film combining the madness of “28 Days Later” with the humour of “Shaun of the Dead”. Its outstanding cast includes Anders Danielsen Lie (“Personal Shopper”, “Oslo, August 31st”), Golshifteh Farahani (“Paterson”, “Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge”) and Denis Lavant (“Holy Motors”). The film was presented at, among others, the New Horizons, Tribeca, Fantasia and FrightFest festivals.

“Kill and Live” is “masterfully directed”, according to Paste Magazine. It was shown at the SXSW festival in Austin, as well as in Sydney and at Fantasia.
“Kill and Live” is an energetic, twist-filled, no-holds-barred cinematic thrill ride featuring superb performances by Brittany Allen and Hannah Emily Anderson. A merciless horror film about love that can be deadly.

The film “Still/Born” “brilliantly shows how the loss of a child becomes a horror in itself”, according to RogerEbert.com. This tense Canadian horror film about anticipated motherhood turning into a nightmare and a desperate fight for survival won the award for Scariest Film at The Overlook festival.

“The Dark” is described by The Word as “One of the best horror films of recent years”. This dark and brutal story about the friendship between two lonely teenagers and their untamed instincts has been compared to the cult film “Let the Right One In”. A bold debut by director and screenwriter Justin P. Lange, it skilfully combines bloody zombie horror with a poignant coming-of-age and social exclusion theme. It was shown at the following festivals: Tribeca, Fantaspoa (Best Screenplay), Sitges, Neuchâtel, BiFan, Fantasia, Bucheon, FrightFest (Best Actress), Fantasy FilmFest, L'Étrange, Slash and Calgary.
