Legnica detectives received information that drugs were in an apartment in the city centre and that their “owner” was a man wanted by law enforcement authorities.
The officers decided to enter the premises. They indeed found and secured almost 50 portions of methamphetamine there. They also arrested the wanted 23-year-old resident of Legnica, who already has a prison sentence to serve.
The man, who was completely surprised by the police officers’ visit, was taken to a police station, where he was charged with possession of narcotic substances.
The investigation is ongoing. The 23-year-old faces up to three years in prison.
