Police detained a 62-year-old resident of Gromadka municipality, at whose home they found more than 20 bottles of various spirits and alcohol of unknown origin. Investigators determined that the woman bought spirits without excise stamps at marketplaces and used them to produce infused liqueurs.
The detainee told officers that she produced alcohol solely for her own use. She now faces up to one year in prison.
