With the arrival of spring, street cleaning began in Bolesławiec. Cleaning crews are working, among other places, on Chrobrego Street. They use sweepers to collect the sand. The sweepers are equipped with special sprinklers intended to limit the formation of dust.
Unfortunately, there is so much sand that the sprinklers do little to help, and clouds of dust form around the sweeping vehicles. The dust irritates residents of Chrobrego Street and drivers, who have to avoid the cleaning vehicles.
Part of the street is being cleaned by hand. The sand is swept up and loaded onto a trailer with shovels. We have learned unofficially that cleaning Chrobrego Street will continue until Friday.
