They cut down almost all the trees in Popiełuszko Square.

Is this preparation for the construction of the announced hotel? Please investigate the matter.
As we have established, the investor who will build an Ibis hotel in Popiełuszko Square, right next to Bolesławiec Water Park “Orka”, has already received a building permit. Nineteen trees were cut down on private property, for which the investor had to pay a PLN 60,000 deposit.
However, by October 2019, the company must plant 19 new trees. It will then recover the deposit.
It is not yet known when the first spade will be driven into the ground.
Let us remind you. On Sunday, we reported that an Ibis hotel would soon be built in Popiełuszko Square. M&J Modern Construction presented visualisations of the building:
Hotel
We had already reported in May that a hotel would be built next to Orka. During the May session of the Bolesławiec City Council, councillors unanimously adopted a resolution on “the adoption of a local spatial development plan for the area located at ks. J. Popiełuszki Square in Bolesławiec”.
We will return to the subject.
