The incident occurred after 7:00 p.m. on Sunday on Willowa Street. The couple was driving along Garncarska Street towards Podgórna Street. At one point, they crashed into a transformer station. Fortunately, neither of them was hurt.
According to police findings, the 19-year-old female driver of the Mercedes, a resident of Lubań County, was driving too fast. On a bend in the road, she lost control of the vehicle, drove onto the pavement and crashed into the entrance door of the transformer station. The incident was classified as a collision. The young driver was fined PLN 300.
