The courtyard has been fitted with new concrete-block surfaces and park-style lighting with LED fixtures (10 units). As part of the work, drainage was installed to the existing stormwater inlets and through surface runoff to the green areas.
Parking spaces and a fenced playground for children have been added to the rear area. The playground is equipped with swings, a spring rider and benches. The value of the works is PLN 630,000.
In the autumn period, trees are planned to be planted in the area designated for greenery.
