Police officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a 19-year-old man suspected of physically and psychologically abusing his mother and brother.
The court—based on the evidence gathered by officers from Kruszyn and following a motion by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec—ordered the resident of Gromadka Municipality to be held in pre-trial detention for three months.
The aggressor now faces up to five years in prison.
