The competition announced by MSWiA involves creating a short film spot. The film must concern responding to threats related to seniors’ safety or raising their awareness (e.g. of crimes or carbon monoxide poisoning). Films may be sent by 17 September 2018.
The competition is open to people aged 60 or over. Films may be created, among others, by people affiliated with senior organisations (e.g. senior citizens’ clubs), as well as by grandparents together with their adult grandchildren. It is important that seniors make up at least half of the members of each team.
Films made as part of the competition may be no longer than two minutes. Prizes await the teams that create the best entries:
- digital camera
- digital camera
- mini hi-fi system.
Film spots should be:

marked “Active senior is a safe senior” - or delivered directly to the MSWiA Registry Office (Rakowiecka Street 2) between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The film must also be accompanied by a completed application form and two declarations, which are annexes to the competition rules.
The competition results will be announced on the MSWiA website by 28 September 2018.
