Zgorzelec criminal investigators established where a man suspected of numerous fuel thefts was staying. (The 25-year-old managed to steal a total of over 3,000 litres of fuel worth nearly PLN 18,000.)
The suspect had been hiding from the justice system for a long time. The man was arrested in an attic. What is more, he had psychotropic substances on him.
The 25-year-old was taken to the Zgorzelec police station, where he was charged. As he is a repeat offender, he could face up to 7.5 years in prison.
