The incident took place on Tuesday, August 14, in the afternoon, in Otok (Bolesławiec municipality). The 32-year-old cyclist, a resident of Lwówek County, failed to give way to the driver of a Citroën, a 45-year-old from our county. A collision occurred.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The driver of the two-wheeler was completely drunk, with more than 2 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The case will end up in court.
