Councillors adopted resolutions authorizing the Mayor of Bolesławiec, acting on behalf of the Municipality of Bolesławiec, to submit applications for funding for two projects:

  • “Improving the quality of the urban environment in Bolesławiec – construction of a sensory park”
  • “Improving the quality of the urban environment in Bolesławiec – revitalization of the park on Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec.”

A call for applications for funding through a competitive procedure from the Cohesion Fund, under the “Improving the quality of the urban environment” measure, was announced by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.

During the meeting, councillors adopted a resolution on amendments to the city budget. The main items concerned transferring the expenditure plan between sections, chapters and paragraphs of the budget classification for the following projects:

  • “Construction of a parking bay on Jeleniogórska Street” – PLN 53,000
  • “Construction of linear drainage on Tysiąclecia Street” – PLN 29,000
  • “Construction of linear drainage on Kasztanowa Street” – PLN 9,000
  • “Construction of Jagiellonów Street, including drainage – stage I” – PLN 370,000
  • “Construction of roads on Zabobrze Street (section A–B), Kamienna Street and Bazaltowa Street, including stormwater sewerage” – PLN 146,700
  • “Reconstruction of the pavement on Mazowiecka Street” – PLN 45,000
  • “Reconstruction of the pavement on Starzyńskiego Street” – PLN 126,000.

In addition, PLN 115,000 was allocated to “Senior+” in Bolesławiec; PLN 50,000 to the “Purchase and installation of play equipment” by MZGM; PLN 50,000 to the project “Reconstruction of the monument structure at the 100th Anniversary of Regaining Independence Square”; PLN 250,000 to the project “Knowledge Centre – adaptation of the former department store premises for public purposes in Bolesławiec”; and PLN 450,000 to the project “Construction of an amphitheatre concert shell in the Municipal Park in Bolesławiec.”

The budget amendments were preceded by a resolution concerning the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the Municipality of Bolesławiec.
