The collision occurred after 10 p.m. on the route between Bolesławiec and Osiecznica. A passenger smart car went into a ditch. The first people at the scene were emergency medical responders. During the examination, the driver left the scene.
Firefighters and police are already at the scene.

When the police officers arrived at the scene, the responders told them that the driver had left. The officers went after him. They found him 300 metres away and brought him back to the scene of the collision. The driver himself told us that he had been in shock and that was why he left, but he had intended to return.
