Bolesławiec is one of 14 centres in Poland that will implement the programme.

Pirat Bolesławiec Student Sailing Club will run FREE classes for children born between 2008 and 2011!

PolSailing Sailing Education Programme

The project involves running a broad educational and sports programme centred on sailing, organised by the Polish Yachting Association, regional sailing associations and clubs, with funding from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The programme is aimed at children and parents from selected voivodeships. The classes are free of charge, held according to the established schedule, and are intended to encourage children to begin a sailing adventure that, after the programme ends, they will be able to continue at existing sailing schools and clubs.

The values we pass on

The aim of the classes is to foster a passion for sailing among children and shape positive attitudes. Above all, they promote joy in sports activity and children's personal development, as well as:

  • safety on the water,
  • care for the environment
  • responsible leadership,
  • cooperation,
  • actions for others
