A 20-year-old arranged to meet with an older friend. When the victim arrived at the meeting place, the perpetrator picked up a metal pipe and... took out his anger on his buddy’s car. (He smashed all the windows, thereby causing losses of PLN 600.)
The perpetrator was detained by officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec; he has already been charged. He faces up to 5 years in prison.
