Tara is a horse shelter in Piskorzyna (Wińsko municipality), approximately 100 km from Bolesławiec. On Saturday, 21 March, a charity concert combined with a collection of donations will be held in the Forum hall. In an email to our editorial office, Henryk Jasiński, the event’s organiser, wrote: “Everything that is essential for living is needed – building materials, tools and feed for the horses (there are more than 100 of them). There are also other animals there. We will take everything you wish to donate to us. During school holidays and summer holidays, volunteers come there, so we need equipment for their accommodation as well as food. We will accept any help you can provide.”
