The incident occurred at the end of May in the parking lot at Plac Piłsudskiego in Bolesławiec. While leaving, a car driver rudely scratched a vehicle parked nearby. He did not even get out to check what damage he had caused. (The entire incident was recorded by an istotne.pl camera.istotne.pl).
The injured party reported the matter to the police. Steps are being taken to establish the identity of the car's driver.
