On 27 June, in connection with a summons received to appear at the Municipal Police headquarters, a young man came to the police station. He had been given a ticket for parking a car in an area closed to traffic.
It turned out that the man also had an invalid identity card. What is more, he had never had a driving licence, yet he drove to the police station. In a car whose... registration certificate had been retained by the police.
Uniformed officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters are handling further proceedings in this case.
