Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a man who had left prison two days earlier, where he had been serving a sentence for abusing his family.
The 65-year-old from Bolesławiec commune violated a court order prohibiting him from staying in the home with his family immediately after being released. He again threatened its members.
The police officers, prosecutor and judge were all convinced that the man should be deprived of his liberty again. The aggressor was placed in temporary custody for three months.
Now, as a repeat offender, the 65-year-old could face up to 7.5 years in prison.
