The incident occurred at the beginning of May on Asnyka Street in Bolesławiec. Drivers stopped before the pedestrian crossing. They wanted to let a group of people cross, including a child riding a scooter.
However, not everyone was willing to wait that moment. One of the drivers lost patience and rudely passed the cars stopped in front of him, drove onto the pavement, and hit a sign and some bushes. (He also frightened the pedestrians on the crossing and the aforementioned child.) Then—as if nothing had happened—he drove away from the scene.
